C6 King Fisher Diver Pro Blue Quartz – Christopher Ward

It took a little while because of delays with shipping by the seller and eBay. But it arrived and worth the wait of about 3 weeks. This C6 Kingfisher exceeds my expectations.

These were sold from 2007 to 2011 so this one his more than 12 years old.

The dial is very vibrant with a very nice Sunday effect. The red seconds is a wonderful pop of color. The satin finished case looks and feels very smooth. It has a few small marks but really still looks very good.

Bezel feel and action is very nice as well, better than expected. I like the raised black bits. The crystal has a slight dome and seems to be single-domed. This adds to the dynamics of the dial when you move the watch around.

The bracelet with butterfly clasp has nice quality feel and weight to it. This came without extra links but is sized just right for my wrist. Most of the bracelet is satin finished with just a few small parts that are a bit polished. Very nice detail.

The amazing accurate Ronda 715 movement is claimed to have an accuracy of -0.3 to +0.7 seconds per day and a power reserve of 1825 days / 43,800 hours. No maintenance needed of course with just the occasional power reserve cell swap.
