The ultimate timekeeping machine
When we launched our in-house chronometer movement, Calibre SH21, in 2014, we knew we’d made something remarkable.
Now our designers – in conjunction with Switzerland’s finest watchmaking specialists – have created a limited-edition timepiece built specifically to show off its beauty and capability: the extraordinary C60 Concept.
With only 210 models in existence, this is a timepiece that brings the best of haute horlogerie together with an open design that takes you into the heart of Calibre SH21. And thanks to its titanium construction it’s also the lightest SH21 dive watch so far.
Here the movement is front, back and centre, mounted on a skeletonised base plate and bridges for you to examine at your leisure.
The finishing is at a standard only seen in the most expensive luxury watches. The chamfered edges of those bridges have been hand-polished for six hours by technicians at conceptual horologists, Chronode. Meanwhile, the orange triangle at 12 o’clock – here to aid readability – is made of Globolight XP©, a ground-breaking luminous ceramic material, created by Xenoprint.
The Trident handset – deep-filled with Super-LumiNova© – delivers legibility even in the dark, while the orange seconds hand stands out against the visual poetry of the movement behind.
Then there’s the timekeeping chops of Calibre SH21. The twin-barrelled architecture delivers an astounding power reserve of five days – or 120 hours. And as a certified chronometer, it’s in the top six percent of all Swiss watches for accuracy.
Meanwhile, water-resistance to 300m means the C60 Concept performs with all the robustness of a professional dive watch.
It’s been said the C60 Concept is part modernist sculpture, part elite watchmaking exercise. How those two elements harmonise is something that changes with every second – and which never ceases to fascinate.
Calibre SH21. A five-day power reserve. A lifetime of accuracy
Launched in 2014, Calibre SH21 is the first commercially viable mechanical movement from a British watch brand in over 50 years. And thanks to its ingenious twin-barrel construction, Calibre SH21 delivers 120 hours – five whole days – of timekeeping when fully wound.
This particular version, designed specifically for the limited-edition C60 Concept, boasts the highest levels of finishing on SH21 yet.
Here, Calibre SH21 is mounted on a skeletonised base plate and bridges which let you see the magic of authentic watchmaking from every angle. The chamfered edges of the bridges have been polished for six hours by technicians at Chronode, a boutique Swiss horologist based in the town of Le Locle. Further visual pleasure comes from witnessing the intricately designed rotor generate power for the twin barrels.
As well as delivering an unbeatable power reserve, Calibre SH21 – here, engineered for a three-handed configuration – is a certified chronometer, putting it in the top six percent of all Swiss movements for accuracy.

The C60 Concept – bringing high-end watchmaking within reach
Creating our first ever fully skeletonised watch to celebrate seven years of our own movement, Calibre SH21 in 2021, brought together our own designers and engineers with those from three of Switzerland’s most illustrious watchmakers, Armin Strom, Chronode and Xenoprint.
Many minds: one vision
Armin Strom, the leading specialist in skeletonising movements, manufactured the ‘ski-slope’ styled bridges that echo our famous Trident aesthetics.
Chronode, whose work has adorned watches from brands such as Czapek, Cyrus and MB&F;, hand-polished the chamfered edges of each movement for more than six hours – under microscope – to dazzling effect
Xenoprint created the three-dimensional lumed triangle at 12 o’clock using their unique Globolight XP© process.
