Three hands good. Four hands better. That’s certainly the case with the C65 Trident GMT.

While it has the construction of a diving watch, the watch’s Swiss-made Sellita SW330 gives it the ability to tell the time in another time zone. Available in regular or ‘Pepsi’ versions, the 24-hour bezel is made from brushed stainless steel, with its numerals engraved and filled with black lacquer.

Another notable addition is the C65’s GMT hand, finished in a popping orange or red that complements the rest of the dial’s lume-filled indexes and hands perfectly. There’s also a date window at 3 o’clock.

The GMT has a brushed-and-polished 41mm case, 150m water resistance and a deep-stamped Trident backplate. Baton indexes at 12 and 6 replace the Arabic numerals of the earlier C65, while the removal of millisecond markers on its black dial supply a stripped-back feel.

And thanks to the slim Sellita SW330 movement, the C65 Trident GMT measures in at a sleek 12.05mm. Which means it’ll look good on every wrist – and under every cuff.

Sellita SW330-2 GMT

The new Sellita SW330-2 is an alternative to to the ETA 2893, and a movement that provides both superb accuracy and GMT timing.

Just 4.1mm thick, the SW330-2 has 25 jewels and beats at a rate of 28,800 per hour with a power reserve of up to 56 hours. The central GMT hand can be set independently from the hour and seconds hands.
