      Calibre SH21 Automatic
      Designed by our former technical director, Johannes Jahnke, Calibre SH21 was the first commercially viable mechanical movement from a British watch brand in over 50 years. And thanks to its ingenious twin-barrel construction, Calibre SH21 will deliver 120 hours – five whole days – of timekeeping when fully wound.
      This particular version also boasts a power-reserve complication. The introduction of an automatic power-reserve complication to Calibre SH21 was achieved with a 28-piece modification to the base movement, bringing the total number of jewels to 33.
      In addition to providing impeccable timekeeping, its bridge has been redesigned to allow greater visibility of the twin barrels, and boast a 'Colimaçoné' finish, engraved with our twin-flag pattern.
      When fully wound, its twin barrels deliver five days' COSC-certified timekeeping. This places it among the most accurate of Swiss-made, power-reserve movements.

      ETA 2893-2 automatic movement
      The ETA 2893-2 is one of the watch industry’s go-to ‘GMT’ movements – ie: it lets you monitor two time zones at once. Here, Christopher Ward’s technicians have modified the movement so that a disk, rather than a hand, is used to display the 24-hour functionality – something which allows you to track market times around the world.       Perfect stealth
      True power doesn’t need to announce itself.
      Take the new C60 Graphite Special Edition. Limited to 250 pieces, and with a muted palette inspired by the steel hulls of submarines, its stealthy appearance offers little clue to the quality of engineering and craftsmanship within.       A worldtimer for lume-lovers
      Tool watch. Dress watch. Advanced timing instrument. The C1 Worldglow is everything the internationally-minded traveller could want – and so much more.
      It begins with the pure sapphire dial.
      Carrying a vivid representation of the globe divided into 24 segments, it lets you monitor any time zone – instantly.
      The key is the rotating ‘GMT’ disc, printed with the numerals of the 24-hour clock. Once it’s correctly paired to a location on the ‘cities’ bezel, you’ll be able to tell the time anywhere: from New York to Rome, Rio to Bangkok. The red ‘city selector’ wedge can also be used to direct your eye to the place that’s most important to you.

      As a regular timekeeping device, it’s no slouch, either. The JJ03 automatic movement, a modification of the hugely respected Sellita SW330 GMT calibre, is the key to ‘worldtimer’ functionality – and you can see it in action thanks to the transparent ‘exhibition’ caseback.
      At 43.5mm, the Light-catcher™ case is generous in size but wears slimmer than you could hope for thanks to its exquisitely contoured shape. Something it achieves despite carrying a modified – and thus taller – movement.

      Calibre JJ03 Automatic
      The third of Christopher Ward's JJ Calibres – a series dedicated to unique in-house modifications of pre-existing movements – JJ03 is based on the Sellita SW330, the industry's go-to automatic GMT calibre.
      Whereas the previous iteration of JJ03 found in the original C9 Worldtimer re-geared the 2893 to feature airport destinations as a second time zone, the new JJ03 offers a simpler approach.
      Reverting to 12-hour timing, it powers a moving 24-hour disc which is read in conjunction with the international cities around it. Turning the crown clockwise will engage this 24-hour disc – but turn the crown anti-clockwise and you'll have control of the red ‘city selector’.

      We're excited to announce our first exclusive collaboration with Christopher Ward. Introducing the Christopher Ward + WatchGecko C65 Aquitaine, limited to 50 pieces, each individually numbered for our first production batch. 
      Every aspect of this watch has been carefully considered. The 120-click bezel uses a polished sapphire insert that’s impressively scratch-resistant, complementing the refined blue and white design of the dial. The dial is inspired by the history of regatta races such as The America’s Cup, giving the watch a distinctly nautical feel while remaining reminiscent of the box crystals seen on the classic dive watches of the 50s and 60s.
      The dial features the classic Christopher Ward trident seconds hand and uses Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 lume for perfect legibility in any lighting condition.
      The 316L stainless steel case features Christopher Ward’s signature ‘light-catcher’ design with a narrow side profile and a visible contrast between the brushed and polished lines, making the 41mm case comfortable on a wide range of wrist sizes. 
      Visible through the exhibition sapphire case back is the no date automatic Sellita SW 200-1 b movement. With a water resistance of 200 metres / 20ATM, this 26-jewel movement has a power reserve of 38 hours with an accuracy of -/+ 20 seconds a day.
      Thanks to the quick-change mechanism, straps can be swapped out with ease and without tools ideal as this watch comes with two complementing watch straps. One is the WatchGecko Overton genuine Italian V-stitch suede leather watch strap in a midnight blue to match the dial, made from vegetable-tanned calf leather. The second strap is a tough grey NATO strap, which uses 1.25mm thick nylon for high tensile strength and added shine.       The C1 Bel Canto chime has been heard around the watchmaking world. Which is why we’ve brought forward its second iteration – this time in ‘Verde Green’.
      Our finest hour
      Watchmaking is primarily seen as a visual art. Yet horologists have long used sound to denote the passing of time. But to bring sound into the miniature world of the mechanical watch movement takes, not just an intimate knowledge of horology, but also determination, curiosity, and ambition.
      Bringing those qualities together has resulted in CW’s most advanced timepiece yet: the C1 Bel Canto. A watch that sounds as beautiful as it looks. A watch whose initial run of 300 sold out in an afternoon. Now, we present the second C1 Bel Canto – this time in ‘Verde Green’.
      As with the original Azzurro Blue version, the watch combines haute horlogerie with a level of finishing usually reserved for the most exclusive – and expensive – Swiss timepieces.
      From the first sketches, the goal was not just to provide a watch that chimes on the hour, every hour, but also to showcase the striking mechanism. As time passes, the movement of the hour and minute hands on the floating time-telling dial draws the chiming ‘hammer’ until it strikes the steel spring which curves around the edge of the dial. The sound is both melodic – and discernible from the wrist.
      This is possible thanks only to the FS01 movement, a new in-house module created by CW’s technical director Frank Stelzer. Ingeniously, Frank adapted our ‘jumping hour’ movement (Calibre JJ01) into a striking mechanism by adding more than 60 new components. However, this was only the start of a three-year journey that eventually led to Bel Canto.
      Frank and our design team worked tirelessly to refine both the aesthetics and sound of the watch. For example, over 80 different springs and hammers of different materials, lengths and shapes were tested (and rejected) before the sought-after ‘beautiful singing’ chime in the key of D was achieved. In a treat for the eyes, the bridge-and-hammer mechanism on the dial resembles a songbird.
      Should you wish to silence the chime – heaven forbid – a button at 4 o’clock can be set to the ‘on’ or ‘off’ position, while ringing status is indicated by a small red arrow – the songbird’s ‘beak’ – next to the button.
      And so, we’re proud to present the second Bel Canto, a watch born equally of inspiration and perspiration: a timepiece of rare beauty that also makes the highest level of watchmaking accessible to more people than ever before.

      FS01 chiming movement
      Created by CW’s technical director Frank Stelzer, Calibre FS01 is an ingenious modified movement with Christopher Ward’s DNA in every cog and spring. With an inspired piece of lateral thinking, Frank realised that CW’s ‘jumping hour’ movement could be adapted to create a chiming sound on the hour, every hour. More than 60 new components form the striking mechanism module which sits atop a Sellita SW200-1 base movement which provides the 38-hour power reserve.

      The art of sound
      The watch’s chime comes courtesy of a steel spring which is placed around the edge of the dial. It’s been tuned so the sound is a delight for the ears while being loud enough to be heard from the wrist.

      Layers of intricacy
      The time-telling subdial ‘floats’ over the sunray-finished Verde green dial, giving the wearer a feeling of depth. The hands and indexes are filled with Super-LumiNova® for after-dark visibility.

      Hand-finished to perfection
      The multi-layered architecture of the Bel Canto’s dial is enhanced by the exquisitely executed polishing of the hammer, spring and bridges – which together resemble a songbird. Crafted by hand (under microscope) by some of Switzerland’s finest artisans, finishing of this standard is usually the preserve of only the most exclusive and expensive brands.


      A case built for sound
      Our Light-catcher™ case has had a subtle but sporty makeover. The first CW case made from Grade 5 titanium, the metal – which is denser than steel – has been chosen for its ability to amplify sound. The internal architecture of the case has also been designed for the same reason.

      The sound of silence
      By pressing the pusher at 4 o’clock on the side of the case, you can switch off the chime – something that’s shown in the movement of the red indicator on the dial.

Due for release in 2023, the new slimmer Trident is lighter on the wrist. Two-part unidirectional, ceramic bezel with a perfectly engineered ‘click’. Larger indexes with increased lume, and a dial that plays host to the CW twin-flags logo.
      The CWA Limited Edition 2023, named Solaris, is available in 42mm. Unlike the standard Trident 300, the Solaris features a closed case back, using the design created by one of the group members.
      The slimmer Trident
      How do you improve on an icon like the C60 Trident Pro 600? You don’t. At least not yet. Instead, you talk to the people who know your brand most – in this case, the Christopher Ward Forum – and ask them what they’d like to see in their ideal dive watch. The result of this consultation is the stunning new C60 Trident Pro 300.
      A diving instrument that takes the Trident template and remixes it into a watch that’s so wearable you’ll never want to take it off. A watch that’s up to 1.9mm slimmer than its Pro 600 cousin (depending on case size), yet still delivers 300m of water resistance.
      Everything about the C60 Trident Pro 300 is made for daily wear: smart enough for the office, rugged enough to accompany you on the deepest of dives. Its unidirectional bezel boasts a rotating outer section with coloured ceramic insert, and a fixed steel inner ring, with minute increments all the way around.
      The dial’s larger indexes deliver increased luminosity while the new twin-flags logo at 12 o’clock balances the date wheel at 6. The handset has been upgraded, too: a precision-engineered arrow-head seconds hand, influenced by the ambitious C60 Concept, replaces the standard Trident design.
      Flexibility is everything: the watch comes in three case sizes – 38, 40 and 42mm – and four colours: black, blue or white dial options from the Pro 600 line, plus a military-inspired olive-green choice.
      Another upgrade is the marine-grade steel bracelet which has an increased taper of 16.5mm at the clasp, extended micro-adjustment and an enhanced quick-release system – it also has screw links rather than pins. And if you don’t like to wear a bracelet, the watch is also available on a selection of straps.
      Finally, power is courtesy of Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, which you can see in all its highly finished glory – check the ‘Christopher Ward’ engraving on the rotor – by turning the watch over and looking through the transparent exhibition case back.
      Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement
      An update on the classic Sellita SW200, this Swiss-made self-winding movement is known for its accuracy and reliability.
      The 26-jewel movement boasts a date wheel, a 4Hz frequency (equating to a smooth eight ticks per second) and a 38-hour power reserve. It also has an in-built anti-shock system to maintain accuracy when faced with any sudden jolts.

      The extraordinary C1 Bel Canto isn’t just a feast for the eyes, but the ears, too. Powered by our new FS01 movement, every 60 minutes a ‘hammer’ strikes a chime to mark the hour (what the Swiss call a ‘Sonnerie au Passage’ complication). The Grade-5 titanium case improves the resonance and tone of the chime, and also ensures lightness and durability, while the intricately polished and stacked dial plays host to a time-telling subdial.
      Our finest hour
      Watchmaking is primarily seen as a visual art. Yet horologists have long used sound to denote the passing of time. But to bring sound into the miniature world of the mechanical watch movement takes, not just an intimate knowledge of horology, but also determination, curiosity, and ambition.
      Bringing those qualities together has resulted in CW’s most advanced timepiece yet: the C1 Bel Canto. A watch that sounds as beautiful as it looks. Named after one of the most melodic styles of opera, the watch combines haute horlogerie with a level of finishing usually reserved for the most exclusive – and expensive – Swiss timepieces.
      From the first sketches, the goal was not just to provide a watch that chimes on the hour, every hour, but also to showcase the striking mechanism. As time passes, the movement of the hour and minute hands on the floating time-telling dial draws the chiming ‘hammer’ until it strikes the steel spring which curves around the edge of the dial. The sound is both melodic – and discernible from the wrist.
      This is possible thanks only to the FS01 movement, a new in-house module created by CW’s technical director Frank Seltzer. Ingeniously, Frank adapted our ‘jumping hour’ movement (Calibre JJ01) into a striking mechanism by adding more than 60 new components. However, this was only the start of a three-year journey that eventually led to the Bel Canto.
      Frank and our design team worked tirelessly to refine both the aesthetics and sound of the watch. For example, over 80 different springs and hammers of different materials, lengths and shapes were tested (and rejected) before the sought-after ‘beautiful singing’ chime in the key of D was achieved. In a treat for the eyes, the bridge-and-hammer mechanism on the dial resembles a songbird.
      Should you wish to silence the chime – heaven forbid – a button at 4 o’clock can be set to the ‘on’ or ‘off’ position, while ringing status is indicated by a small red arrow - the songbird's beak, next to the button.
      And so, we’re proud to present the Bel Canto, a watch born equally of inspiration and perspiration: a timepiece of rare beauty that also makes the highest level of watchmaking accessible to more people than ever before. Truly, our finest hour.

      FS01 chiming movement
      Created by CW’s technical director Frank Seltzer, Calibre FS01 is an ingenious modified movement with Christopher Ward’s DNA in every cog and spring. With an inspired piece of lateral thinking, Frank realised that CW’s ‘jumping hour’ movement could be adapted to create a chiming sound on the hour, every hour. More than 60 new components form the striking mechanism module which sits atop a Sellita SW200-1 base movement which provides the 38-hour power reserve.

      The art of sound
      The watch’s chime comes courtesy of a steel spring which is placed around the edge of the dial. It’s been tuned so the sound is a delight for the ears while being loud enough to be heard from the wrist.

      Layers of intricacy
      The time-telling subdial ‘floats’ over the sunray-finished Azzurro blue dial, giving the wearer a feeling of depth. The hands and indexes are filled with Super-LumiNova® for after-dark visibility.




      Hand-finished to perfection
      The multi-layered architecture of the Bel Canto’s dial is enhanced by the exquisitely executed polishing of the hammer, spring and bridges – which together resemble a songbird. Crafted by hand (under microscope) by some of Switzerland’s finest artisans, finishing of this standard is usually the preserve of only the most exclusive and expensive brands.

      The sound of silence
      By pressing the pusher at 4 o’clock on the side of the case, you can switch off the chime – something that’s shown in the movement of the red indicator on the dial.

      A case built for sound
      Our Light-catcher™ case has had a subtle but sporty makeover. The first CW case made from Grade 5 titanium, the metal – which is denser than steel – has been chosen for its ability to amplify sound. The internal architecture of the case has also been designed for the same reason.
